Declaration

The following statement sets out the shared values and vision of, Wolverhampton Inter Faith Council , Wolverhampton Faith Network, Faith Regeneration Unit as they resolve to work together in partnership to support champion and promote the interests of all faith communities.

1. All three faith organisations will endeavour to support each other through appropriate consultation and collaboration.
2. All three faith organisations enter into this Partnership as equal partners, each with their own individual identity, objectives and priorities but accepting and respecting the differences that exist between them.
3. Collaborative efforts will be made to develop a sense of shared vision that will meet the specific needs of the faith communities of the City, recognising that no organisation on itsown can meet all these needs.
4. The three organisations undertake to promote and, if appropriate, contribute to the promotion of the work of the other organisations within the Partnership.  
5. In this act of Partnership all three faith organisations will endeavour to enhance attitudes of respect, courtesy, integrity and honesty; recognising that these attributes create the trust that is vital to the success of the Partnership.

We believe that the above statements enhance and support the mission statements of all three consenting faith organisations that are included on page 3 of this document.
